Bad Handshakes

Part of an art trade! 

Just a heads-up, my very last Usachan Bunny hat is up for sale in my etsy shop! Not making any more for the foreseeable future, so snatch it up and be adorable! <3

Came to the realisation in Cornwall that I sleep a lot better and migraine less with a sleep-mask, but the one I have (which granted, does have a cute panda face on it) has a weird shiny fabric on the inside which makes me wake up all sort of sticky and bemused. SO! I thought I’d take matters into my own hands and I knocked up this adorable breathable eyemask out of fleece fabric (for the inside), some of the gorgeous japanese fabric that I bought from etsy, and a bit of elastic. I found this super convenient template, it was amazingly easy! 

I’m thinking I might make a whole set, they are SO cute and fun to make! I definitely want to do a Batman one. 

The NCR cross-stitch is (very nearly) FINISHED! I go through a cycle with these things of super excited—-> incredibly consumed by tedium —-> super excited again. Repeat ad infinitum. Right now I’m super excited! SO GLAD to have seen this thing through to completion. 

This thing just needs neatening up, rinsing, ironing and framing, then it’ll be up on etsy. And then I can rest my calloused thumbs, strained eyes, and weird aching pain that travels between my wrist and my shoulder! Hurrah!
